MastiVibe implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal information we collect against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include end‑to‑end encryption for data in transit, strong encryption for stored data, firewalls, and continuous system monitoring to detect potential vulnerabilities.
Access to user data is strictly limited to authorised personnel and third‑party service providers who need such access solely to deliver our services (e.g., hosting, analytics, and customer support). All such parties are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to maintain equivalent security standards.
